We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to join our real estate team. The Guest Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for our guests, who include potential buyers, investors, and visitors to our properties. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience in the real estate industry.

**Location -** Dadar

**Experience** - Minumum 2years

**Salary** : upto 35k

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about projects and other services
- Prepare welcome folders & assist clients or Brokers with forms & collaterals/ brochures.
- Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
- Look after arrangements for tea/coffee for guests / walk-in clients
- Ensure customers are attended to on time regarding project details.
- Maintaining customer updates on inquiries made.
- Maintain database and MIS.
- Calling database
- generate walking
- Only Females with a Presentable Personality, Good Communication in English should APPLY.
- Experience as a GRE in the Real Estate industry will add an advantage
- Experience in customer retention or similar roles
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
