We are looking for CRE/GRE Executives for our Projects across Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
2. Guest Relations and Communication:
- Build rapport with guests to understand their preferences, needs, and concerns.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner..
4. Property Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property's amenities, services, and policies.
- Share knowledge with guests to enhance their experience.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share feedback, discuss challenges, and implement improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment or real estate
- Certification in hospitality or a related field (e.g., Certified Hospitality Manager).
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and guest relation software.
Pay: ₹10,170.24 - ₹35,145.93 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
