A customer relationship manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and addressing issues quickly
Customer experience: Identifying ways to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to relevant teams
Customer data: Analyzing customer data to identify patterns and insights
Customer segmentation: Identifying key customers and segmenting customers using specific criteria
Collaboration: Working with other departments to optimize the customer experience
Sales and marketing: Identifying new sales opportunities and participating in product development
Strategy development: Developing, executing, and monitoring strategies to optimize customer interaction

Negotiation and influencing skills and Persuasive selling.
