**Position: Customer Relationship Executive**

**Location: Kopar Khairne, Navi Mumbai**

**Company Type: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing**

**Responsibilities**:
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring regular follow-ups to gauge satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for additional services or products.

Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.

Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics, feedback, and issues to share with management and relevant teams.

**Requirements and skills**:
Contacting existing as well as new customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data from relevant directories & the internet.

Communicating with customers & understanding questions of customer requirements.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
