We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a **Customer Relationship Executive**. The role involves managing the complete customer lifecycle, including sales and after-sales support.

**Key Responsibilities**:Sales**:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Build strong relationships to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct follow-ups on inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.

**Customer Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide training or guidance to customers on product usage and maintenance.
- Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Maintain customer records, feedback, and service history to improve service delivery.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
