Job Profile - CRM

  • Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls efficiently and promptly.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries via email.
  • Update clients regularly about the status of their properties.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Handle ATS (Agreement to Sale) registrations accurately.
  • Complete understanding of agreements to sell, sale deeds, and the registration processes for these documents.
  • Efficiently manage and collect payments from customers.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times.
  • Provide detailed updates and reports to the management team as required.
  • Expertise in identifying optimal times for raising demands based on client engagement and market trends.
  • Proficient use of ERP or equivalent real estate management software to manage client information and transaction details.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • Managing relationships with clients in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Experience in handling property transactions and registrations.
  • Strong knowledge of registration processes and demand raising.
  • Knowledge of RERA laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Efficiency in managing and resolving customer queries.
  • Proven track record in effective payment collection.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
