Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Experience: 1-2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely follow-up with client leads after placing orders.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Gather and act on genuine feedback from clients.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing, from order receipt to payment collection.
- Promptly address and resolve client queries and concerns.
- Assist clients with information about company products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Skillfully handle client inquiries and provide effective solutions.

Key Skills:

- Polite demeanor and a commitment to rigorous follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to various circumstances and respond accordingly.
- Proactive approach with in-depth knowledge of products/services.
- Availability for client calls and assistance.
- Basic understanding of technology, including internet-related concepts.
