Job Title**:Executive Assistant**
Company: Starscapes Experience Private Limited
Location: Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram
**Salary**: ₹3.5 - ₹4.5 Lacs CTC per annum
Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage the CEO’s Calendar**: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize tasks and appointments based on business needs.
- **Staff Coordination**: Facilitate communication and coordination between staff located at various locations. Ensure smooth workflow and timely updates across teams.
- **Content Management**: Collect and handle audio, video, and other content from staff at regular intervals. Organize, track, and ensure the proper flow of content for business needs.
- **Office Management**: Oversee day-to-day office operations. Greet and manage guests visiting the office. Ensure the office environment is welcoming and efficient.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the CEO and the office. Assist in special projects or any duties that align with the role.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Suite) and familiarity with content management tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
