**Job Summary**:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Thikedaar.Com in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, facilitating communication, and providing general administrative assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar and Schedule Management**:

- Proactively manage and organize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized.
- **Communication and Correspondence**:

- Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Record minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both in person and virtual, ensuring all logístical details are in place.

**Travel Arrangements**:

- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Process travel-related expenses and ensure accurate reimbursement.

**Confidential Information Management**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences as needed, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and manage contracts for events or meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Any Graduates/ MBA-Interns can also apply
- Executive Administrative Assistant and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative Assistance abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
