**About the Role**
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the CEO's effectiveness and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:
- Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and rescheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prioritize and manage conflicting schedules effectively.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared and informed for all meetings.
**Travel Arrangements**:
- Book and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
**Vendor Coordination**:
- Coordinate with vendors for various services, including office supplies, catering, maintenance, and IT support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
**Communication Management**:
- Take and distribute meeting minutes accurately and efficiently.
**Task Management**:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's daily tasks and projects.
- Ensure timely completion of critical deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of all tasks and projects.
**Meeting Preparation**:
- Prepare meeting materials, including presentations, agendas, and supporting documents.
- Conduct thorough research and gather information as needed for meetings and presentations.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
**Confidentiality**:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all company and CEO-related matters.
**Key Requirements**:
- 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Discretion and trustworthiness are paramount.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to think proactively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the city as needed.
- Strong recommendations from previous managers.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
