Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
Calendar and Schedule Management: Organize and prioritize the CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, blocking time, and sending reminders.
Travel and Ticketing: Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including ticket bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and other travel-related logistics.

Leave Management: Oversee leave requests and approvals, maintain leave records, and ensure accurate tracking.

Corporate Gifting: Coordinate and manage corporate gifting for employees, clients, and partners, particularly during festivals and special occasions.

HR Support: Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding coordination, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Administrative Tasks: Provide additional support to the CEO and HR team, including document preparation, report generation, and other administrative functions as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling sensitive information and tasks.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond flexibly to the needs of the CEO.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
