Territory Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the **construction and building materials** sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **contractors, builders, architects, and retailers**.
- Conduct field visits and meetings with potential clients across the Saurashtra region.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the management.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience in sales of building materials/construction industry preferred.**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within **Saurashtra**.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
