**About the role**
**What You'll be doing**
- Deliver a continuously exceptional workplace experience (including office presentation and F&B provision) to the office
- Point of contact for Workplace Experience & services - proactively raising, and resolving issues through an online ticketing system and communicate status updates effectively
- Envisage, enable and execute Employee engagement programs, similar but not limited to events, programs and new experiences
- Vendor management, including but not limited to service providers, building management / landlord teams and external vendor partners
- Assist with deliveries / shipments related activities to and from the office
- Be part of the response team for emergency situations ranging from
- equipment failures to health and safety incidents and evacuations.
- Inspect facilities to ensure local and national regulatory compliance
- Be flexible in taking on other duties required by the Regional Workplace
- Services Manager, including support for EMEA offices with project initiatives, service desk reporting and information pages. As part of a global Workplace Experience team - share knowledge and learnings regularly.**We're Excited if you have**
- 3 to 5 years plus experience in a similar role, managing workplace experience, hospitality, events and facilities.
- Prior experience creating & executing workplace / employee experience programs.
- Confident individual, with an ability to take on action items forward, right from day one.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly assess situations to determine required action and/or response.
- Efficient team spirit that engages, supports, and encourages colleagues and drives toward a cooperative, cohesive team dynamic.
- Highly self-motivated, persistent, dependable, and self-sufficient.
- Outstanding communication skills with excellent spoken and written English, ensuring accurate information is conveyed, relevant to the audience.
- Strong networking skills, building robust relationships throughout the organisation and across vendors.
