**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, operations) to ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy.
- Review and reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain and update client billing records and databases.
- Prepare billing reports and summaries using Excel for internal review and audits.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts-related roles.
- **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
