**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate accurate invoices for food and beverage products using Vyapar and Tally software.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST and other taxation norms.
- Maintain and update records of all billing transactions.
- Address and resolve customer queries related to billing and payments in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to sales and billing.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing or accounting roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in Vyapar and Tally software is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive relationships.
- Knowledge of GST, tax compliance, and invoicing standards.
