Position: Billing Executive.

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue invoices to clients based on sales orders and contracts.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in Tally.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in billing information and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely billing and payment collection.
- Prepare and submit monthly billing reports to management.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payments in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in billing practices.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.

Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a billing or accounts receivable role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of GST and other taxation practices.

Experience with financial reporting and analysis

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
