- Assist patients with **cashless** and **reimbursement** claim procedures.
- Verify insurance documents and submit claims **accurately and timely**.
- Follow up with TPAs and insurance companies for **pending approvals and claim settlements**.
- Maintain **proper records** of patient billing, invoices, and insurance claims.
- Coordinate with the **accounts and front desk teams** for smooth billing operations.
- Address **patient queries** related to billing, insurance coverage, and claim procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance **policies & regulations**.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
