Jewelry Billing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate invoices accurately and promptly for jewelry sales and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain organized records of billing transactions and customer communications.
- Address customer inquiries and discrepancies related to billing professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Support collections efforts by communicating with customers and escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
- Generate reports on billing activities, aging analysis, and revenue projections.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the billing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, billing procedures, and taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in billing software or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
