We are seeking Jewelry Import Export Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments by scheduling deliveries, tracking packages, and staying in touch with delivery companies and warehouses.
  • Handle export and import procedures, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Keep records of all orders, invoices, and shipping details to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, resolve any issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Help check product quality to make sure everything meets company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to purchasing and logistics.
  • Enter data into the system, create reports, and help analyze key performance indicators.
  • Make sure all logistics and purchasing activities follow company rules and industry regulations.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma.
  • Knowledge of Jewelry export and import processes is a plus.
  • Understanding of local compliance and regulations in purchasing and logistics.
  • Experience in logistics, purchasing, or order management is a plus but not necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and take on responsibilities.
  • Reliable and responsible work ethic.
