**We are looking for shree krishna company Import Export Executive Located in Vasai east Sativali road.**

**For Export**:
Prepare PI and send to customer (if applicable).

Co-ordinate with production for packing details to make Invoice and packing list.

Coordinate with different forwarders to get best export rate for shipment.

Send required export shipping documents to forwarder for custom formalities.

Prepare GSP / GSTP / FTA / AI certificates / certificate of origin wherever applicable.

Get shipment details / BL / AWB from forwarder and prepare commercial invoice and packing list and send the same to customer.

Prepare details of bill wise export collection / due date and follow up from customer.

Give necessary instruction / document to Bank for payment.

Get BRC for export proceeds.

Keep records of documents for export incentives / obligations.

Coordinate with consultant for export incentive claiM/Full fill of export obligation.

Keep all the documents in order / maintain export register / BRC documents etc.

**For Import**:
Prepare advance payment / LC as per purchase term wherever applicable.

Co-ordinate with supplier for packing details.

Coordinate with forwarders for import freight rate as per purchase term.

Finalize best rate & service to nominate shipment.

Co-ordinate with supplier and forwarder to get the shipment connected on intended vessel / flight.

Get all the import shipping documents from supplier and check them for their accuracy.

Submit import documents to forwarder/ CHA for custom clearance of shipment.

Get checklist from CHA / forwarder and approve it.

Coordinate with accounts for import duty payment.

Get delivery of import shipment.

Submit required / import documents to bank for foreign exchange rule compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
