Job Summary:

JH Seafood Pvt. Ltd., a leading exporter of premium Vannamei shrimp and other seafood products, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import-Export Coordinator
to join our operations team in Kandivali West. The ideal candidate will manage export documentation, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and ensure timely order execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track all export orders to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
  • Handle daily
    email correspondence
    with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for smooth operations.
  • Prepare, collect, and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, and health certificates.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to gather required documents and shipment-related information.
  • Monitor each order's progress to ensure all activities — documentation, inspection, and dispatch — are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain and update
    MIS reports
    , order tracking sheets, and documentation logs for management.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure timely communication and issue resolution with all stakeholders.
  • Support post-shipment activities and assist finance/compliance teams in submission of bank and export-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all export regulations and company standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business, Logistics, or related field with 2–5 years of experience in
    export-import coordination
    (seafood/export industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of
    export procedures, documentation, and incoterms.
  • Excellent communication and email handling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, order tracking, and MIS reporting.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
