Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Import Export Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing shipping documents, coordinating with suppliers and customers, handling logistics and transportation, and monitoring shipment schedules. The role also involves resolving any issues related to customs clearance and delivery, maintaining records of all import/export transactions, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in import/export management and logistics
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
