**Looking for Recruitment Executive for Front Line Bulk Hiring in BPO**

**Job Location**: GIFT City, Gandhinagar - WFO Only

**Job Type**: Non-Technical (BPO & Call Center) Hiring

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting confidential interviews & checking references
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
- Maintain trackers & meeting scheduled delivery of resources as per planned batches.

**Requirements and skills**:

- **Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO or Call Center hiring**:

- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or related field

**Immediate Joiners would be preferred.**

**Job Location**: Tech Mahindra Limited, 19th Floor, Tower-1, QC-1 Building, GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
