Job Title Junior Recruiter - Banking Sector Location Gandhinagar kudasan Gujarat Experience 1-2 Years Industry Recruitment Staffing Specialization Banking Financial Services Hiring Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for banking sector profiles The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to recruitment within a staffing or placement firm and be familiar with hiring for roles such as Relationship Managers Branch Operations Tellers Sales Executives and Back Office professionals within banks and NBFCs Key Responsibilities Source screen and shortlist candidates for various banking and financial sector positions Conduct telephonic or in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for roles Coordinate with client banks and NBFCs to understand hiring needs and role requirements Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking Schedule interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups Support in offer negotiation and onboarding processes Assist senior recruiters and HR leads in bulk hiring and recruitment drives Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience Required Skills 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment for banking or BFSI clients Familiarity with job portals e g Naukri Monster Indeed LinkedIn sourcing and internal databases Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of banking roles and terminology Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under deadlines Proficient in MS Office Excel Word and email correspondence Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field Employment Type Full-time Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
