Job Title: Junior Banking Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior Banking Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing or placement firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various banking and financial sector positions.
  2. Conduct telephonic or in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
  3. Coordinate with client banks and NBFCs to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  4. Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking.
  5. Schedule interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  6. Support in offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
  7. Assist senior recruiters and HR leads in bulk hiring and recruitment drives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking roles and terminology, as well as the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment for banking or BFSI clients.
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn sourcing, and internal databases).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of banking roles and terminology.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under deadlines.
