The field of banking operations is a crucial part of any Public Sector Government Bank.

Job Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our team of Business Correspondents in providing doorstep banking transactions, account opening, loan processing, and bill payments.

  • Manage a team of professionals to provide end-to-end banking services to clients.
  • Conduct fieldwork in various regions, building relationships with company branches and bank branches.
  • Be willing to travel within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Agent-assisted commerce and doorstep banking transactions.
  • Account opening, loan processing, and loan documentation verification and disbursement.
  • Repayment collections, wallet top-ups, fund transfers, Aadhaar-enabled payments, and remittances.

The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience in bank microfinance, NBFC, BFSI, collection, sales, fieldwork, or social sector NGO FMCG roles.

Salary: Competitive salary package: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per month.
