Job Title: CFO Leader

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to oversee our financial operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day accounts, including finalization of accounts and monitoring accounting software configuration for accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinating with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and consultants, to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintaining banking relationships, handling NEFT and RTGS transactions, and ensuring TDS compliance.
• Coordinating ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely manner.
• Maintaining GST compliance, filing monthly GST returns, and ensuring accurate booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and tax assessment & appellate matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, liaising with statutory authorities, including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the organization's overall success.
