Job Opportunity: Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior HR Executive within our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job posting, advertising, and headhunting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process across multiple departments and levels.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications, fitment, and interest.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Draft and publish job postings on various platforms and manage recruitment advertising campaigns.
  • Perform active headhunting for niche roles and leadership positions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and documentation when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Local candidates preferred for ease of coordination and in-office requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Strong networking skills and understanding of the local talent market.
