About the Role

As a key member of our US Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle for clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish for clients in the US.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to source high-quality candidates for various IT roles.
  • Utilize niche job boards and platforms related to IT to identify potential candidates and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Familiarity with US hiring practices and relevant laws is required.
  • Experience in building a talent pool for IT departments and recruiting diverse candidates, including H1b, US Citizens, Green Card holders, and other visa holders, is essential.
  • Knowledge of different US work Visas, such as H1B, L2, EAD, TN, GC, etc., and understanding of US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp) are necessary.
  • Strong technical skills and experience working on job portals like Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc., are crucial.
  • The ability to demonstrate expertise in sourcing and candidate assessment is vital.
  • A well-established vendor network and database are required to hit the ground running from Day 1.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork are essential qualities, along with proficiency in English.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
