We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening interview coordination job posting advertising and headhunting You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company s growth Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and levels Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various channels job portals LinkedIn social media internal databases referrals etc Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications fitment and interest Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback Draft and publish job postings on various platforms and manage recruitment advertising campaigns Perform active headhunting for niche roles and leadership positions Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Assist in onboarding processes and documentation when required Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 4-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition In-depth understanding of recruitment tools techniques and platforms Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Local candidates preferred for ease of coordination and in-office requirements Preferred Skills Familiarity with ATS Applicant Tracking Systems Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment Strong networking skills and understanding of the local talent market Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
