**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify potential commercial real estate buyers and investors.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Present commercial property offerings in a compelling and professional manner.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and track them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help refine property offerings.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by preparing documentation and facilitating client communication.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, preferably commercial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Knowledge of local commercial real estate markets is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and property.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹22,703.03 - ₹82,664.24 per month
