**Inside Sales Executive - General Insurance**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, engaging in outbound calls and managing partnerships with agents to promote and sell our range of insurance products. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Engaging with potential customers through outbound calls and maintaining strong relationships with partners and agents.

Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively to enhance your sales efforts.

Striving to exceed sales targets and meeting call center metrics while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge of our company and the industry.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Previous experience in the general insurance industry is a must.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferable experience in a voice process role.

Strong willingness to work in rotational week-offs and be based in our office location.

A proactive and target-driven approach to sales.

Adaptability and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
