As the Inside Sales Representative specializing in IT infrastructure, your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, collaborating with the sales team to create personalized proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to identify IT infrastructure needs
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of TBot Systems' IT infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotes
- Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure technologies
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, specifically in the IT infrastructure industry
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including networks, servers, storage systems, and security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully convert leads into sales
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
