Inside Sales Representative

TBot Systems, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with our internal teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met
- Promote and sell Tbot Systems' products and services to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM system
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge or experience in IT hardware, software, or networking is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
