Inside Sales Representative

TBot Systems, a leading provider of IT solutions and services, is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative specializing in IT procurement to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their IT procurement needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.
At TBot Systems, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive IT procurement solutions to businesses of all sizes. Our wide range of services includes sourcing and procuring hardware, software, and other IT equipment, as well as providing consultation and support throughout the procurement process.
As the Inside Sales Representative specializing in IT procurement, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, proactively identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations. Your goal will be to drive business growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify sales leads related to IT procurement solutions
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of TBot Systems' IT procurement solutions
- Nurture and maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with vendors and the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT equipment
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IT procurement technologies and solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of TBot Systems
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, specifically in the IT procurement industry
- Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully convert leads into sales
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
