Sales Enablement Executive

The job holder is responsible for assisting Sales enablement function with activities for providing operational and hands-on support to the business. The Sales Enablement executive will be liaising with Sales team and customer operations executive for DM calls and funnel management reports. He /She will be managing pricing approval process for LBS

Structuring

**Funnel Management (50%) DM Calls**:
Before the meeting, follow-up with action point owners to check with status update and extend help needed.
In the meeting, records minutes of meeting at various DM calls and archive them accordingly.
After the meeting, send clear action points to all participants with owners and deadlines.
Drive growth room, 306090 & 90+ funnel management DMs

**Support to Sales team**:
Co-ordinate with RSM’s to update Sales report with correct Sales rep name.
Co-ordinate with customer operations team to update Sales report with end customer names.
Follow-up with data needed from RSM’s or ASM’s like Tier 1 / Tier 2, Govt / Pvt / Distributor, etc.
Help to segregate / consolidate ad-hoc excel and SFDC reports.

Pricing process management
Ensure pricing DAF approval process SW is followed as per the RACI and timelines
Engage with NSM & RSM on pricing discussions and guide them for process
Ensure the DOA of pricing approval process is followed and executed as per SW
Submit Price realization reports and STM reports once in a month to Finance

- To be assisted and trained by Sales Enablement Manager

Supporting Sales team Salesforce effectiveness Pricing process management
