Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive performance and revenue growth. This role bridges the gap between sales strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across departments and continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Tools
Create and manage sales collateral including presentations, case studies, product sheets, and competitive analysis.
- Maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement content.
Implement and optimize CRM and sales enablement platforms.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work cross-functionally with marketing,product, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities.
Support sales leadership in strategic planning and execution.
Performance & Reporting
Track adoption and usage of enablement tools and content.
- Report on KPIs related to sales productivity and training impact.
- Continuously refine enablement strategies based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field from a top institute, or MBA.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing enablement roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI, and other data management tools
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-learning tools and content creation platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for sales excellence.
