Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, delivering product training to clients, and collaborating with the sales management team to achieve targets. Daily tasks will include prospect outreach, client meetings, sales presentations, and ongoing account management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to generate leads and close sales
  • Experience in delivering Training and product demonstrations to clients
  • Competence in Sales Management and strategy development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the HR or payroll industry is a plus
