About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and result-driven
Sales Specialist
to join our growing Hundo Pizza team This role is all about driving
corporate and event sales
— from lead generation to deal closure. If you're passionate about hospitality, love networking, and can turn conversations into opportunities, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through
    cold calling, emailing, and networking
    with corporate clients and event planners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with
    corporate HRs, admin heads, and event partners
    to drive recurring business.
  • Pitch and close orders for
    corporate events, catering, pop-ups, and bulk orders
    .
  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns to increase Hundo Pizza's presence in the B2B and events segment.
  • Track leads, maintain CRM records, and provide weekly updates on conversions and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
  • Continuously research and explore new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    hospitality, QSR, or event sales
    (corporate catering experience preferred).
  • Excellent
    communication and negotiation skills
    — both verbal and written.
  • Strong networking ability with corporate clients and HR/admin networks.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and fieldwork.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
