Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail oriented and tech-savvy Sales Enablement Manager to support our sales organization. This role will act as the operational backbone for the sales team, owning systems, processes, and coordination with the product and tech teams to ensure efficiency, structure, and consistency across the sales funnel. Additionally, this role involves supporting the sales team through effective program management and communication to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales backend operations, including CRM (Zoho) and internal workflows.
  • Design, document, and optimize repeatable sales processes that improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to automate sales operations and improve tooling.
  • Maintain data hygiene and operational efficiency.
  • Support onboarding and training of sales team members on systems, tools, and process improvements.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and implement solutions proactively.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Process Excellence
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, dashboards, and collaborative platforms
  • Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset, comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Background in real estate, fintech, or fast-growing startups is a plus
