This pivotal role involves empowering and equipping our Marketing and Sales teams with the right content and technology stack to effectively sell Zycus’ current and new product offerings. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, and other key stakeholders to drive sales results and productivity. Key Responsibilities: New Hire Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs for Sales and Presales teams. Technology-Driven Enablement: Deploy and manage sales enablement tools and platforms, including:CRM (, Salesforce) Content Management (, Showpad, Highspot, Seismic) Revenue Forecasting (, Clari) Conversational AI (, Gong, Chorus) Learning Management Systems Demo Automation (, Consensus) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Implement enablement programs, training, and coaching to enhance sales skills and productivity. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Zycus’ business model, processes, and product attributes. Learning Programs: Design and execute learning programs focusing on “what to sell” and “how to sell.” Sales Performance: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure exceptional sales performance, achieving sales, retention, and revenue targets. Job Requirement Requirements: Tech-Savvy Mindset: A strong inclination to learn and implement new technology-driven sales methodologies. Analytical Skills: Ability to work with numbers, reports, and insights. Sales Enablement Background: Experience in sales enablement, sales coaching/mentoring, sales operations, content creation, or sales. Business Focus: Sales-oriented and customer-success-driven mindset. SaaS Experience: Previous experience in sales/marketing within a SaaS environment is a plus. Content Creation: Experience building externally facing assets and materials for the sales team. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop structured action plans to drive tangible outcomes from a broad vision. Collaboration: Ability to work in a global, matrix environment and facilitate cross-functional design sessions. Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile environment. Leadership: Ability to lead and influence others without direct authority. Training Expertise: Knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies.
