**Working Hours and Conditions**
**-Full-time position (6 days a week)**
**-Weekly off can not be taken on Monday, Saturday and Sunday**
**-Flexible hours during peak admission seasons**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the educational center, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities
- Maintain center infrastructure, resources, and learning environment
- Handle student inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Manage center staff including front desk, housekeeping, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and educational standards
- Organize and oversee educational events, seminars, and workshops
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for center growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for student acquisition
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business targets
- Organize promotional events and educational fairs
- Generate leads through various channels including digital and traditional marketing
- Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and parents
- Track and analyze sales metrics and conversion rates Skills Required
- Operations Management: Strong ability to manage center operations efficiently
- Business Development: Proven track record in sales and business growth.
- Leadership: Excellent team management and motivation skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and effective problem resolution
- Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Customer Service: Strong focus on student satisfaction and service quality
- Marketing: Understanding of educational marketing strategies
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education sector
- Proven track record in business development or sales
- Experience in managing teams and operations
- Background in educational counseling preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
