**Job Title: Conti Commi 1 and 2 (Continental Commis Chef Levels 1 and 2)**

**Location**: Moradabad, Gajrola, Kashipur

We need talented and passionate people to join our team as Conti Commi 1 and 2 (Continental Commis Chef Levels 1 and 2). As a Conti Commi, you'll work with our kitchen team to make delicious continental food for our guests, from breakfast to fancy dinners, in a busy and exciting kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:
**Conti Commi 1 (Level 1)**:

- Help cook continental dishes following our recipes and standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
- Use fresh and good quality ingredients.
- Work with the team to create new dishes.
- Follow safety rules and keep things clean.
- Help manage the kitchen supplies.

**Conti Commi 2 (Level 2)**:

- Cook continental dishes carefully and consistently.
- Take charge of specific kitchen areas and make sure dishes are ready on time.
- Help plan menus and share ideas.
- Teach and support newer kitchen staff.
- Control portion sizes and reduce waste.
- Help with ordering and keeping track of supplies.

**Requirements**:
**Conti Commi 1**:

- Some experience working in a kitchen is preferred.
- Know a bit about continental cooking.
- Pay attention to details and follow recipes.
- Good at talking and working with others.
- Can work different hours, including weekends and holidays.
- It's a bonus if you have a cooking certificate.

**Conti Commi 2**:

- Worked as a Commis Chef or similar in a busy restaurant or hotel.
- Can cook lots of different continental dishes well.
- Can lead and help other kitchen staff.
- Love cooking and being creative.
- Know how to keep food safe and clean.
- Can handle a busy and fast-paced kitchen.
- Having a cooking certificate is good but not necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
