We are urgently looking for a COMMI 1/2/3 with minimum 3-4 years experience for our Co-Working Space Café at Sector -142 Noida, Uttar Pradesh

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to create balanced, healthy, and flavorful meals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage meal schedules and kitchen inventory.
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Good communication and management skills
- Outstanding knowledge of food cost and quality control practices
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients, to ensure an efficient and hygienic cooking environment.
- Be familiar with sanitation regulations
- Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc
- Assign tasks to kitchen staffs
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations
- Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Great time Management
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
