**Principal Accountabilities: key activities and decision making areas**
- Timely preparation of ePosters for WPB - Service / Sales Star, Performer of the Quarter, etc
- Timely fulfillment of reward such as certificates, lanyard pins and physical posters
- Timely publication of Propel and Customer Wow stories.
- Timely release of Trivia Quiz
- Logistics support for facilitation of the HoWPB Network call
- All new initiatives to be well though through with stake holders and communication to be crisp and clear for the larger teams.
- To support all Corporate Sustainability initiatives by maximum participation from the WPB central teams
- Manage the INM WPB Highlights and INM WPB Konnect mailbox
**Customers / Stakeholders**
- To conceptualize, plan and provide off-line and on-line tools and platforms for effective internal communication within WPB and between different units of WPB business and support departments
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners so the RNR activities are conducted in a timely manner
- Have strong Vendor Management skills that will lead to timely delivery of orders
- Coordinate external communications for WPB business in liaison towards enhancement of the PR value of the business.
- Utilizing the following tools to drive motivational programs
- Announcement of the campaign post approvals explaining the eligibility, award etc to the team.
- Fulfillment of RNR collateral such as Certificates, trophies, ePosters, physical posters and lanyard pins within the agreed timelines"
- Successful planning and execution of all the Employee Engagement events to ensure maximum participation.
- Liasion with Stakeholders for a successful event
- Support with planning need based staff events.
- All festival celebrations to be communicated well in advance to staff for maximum participation.
**Leadership & Teamwork**
- Ensure support from all the Business Heads on the Employee Recognition Programme,on Internal and External Communications as well as Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Plan and execute a detailed plan for each business while participating in all the communication and strategy meets
- Obtain support from Business-heads through consistent communication and review of the recognition program
- PR Responsibilities such as liasing with vendors following the GPU process
**Operational Effectiveness & Control**
- Adherance to Group Guidelines and INM Communications review of content
- All communication sent by Head WPB to be reviewed by respective stakeholders and INM Communications. Any additional banners to be approved by INM Communications keeping Group guidelines in mind.
- Exercise high levels of restraint and conduct in the sharing of information, particularly to external stakeholders and public domain.
- Attain a satisfactory Audit rating
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
- Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
- Able to communicate well in English and local languages
