**Job Description**:
**Course in Event Management preferred**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Employer Branding & Communication:

- High engagement on Digital Platforms to enhance employer brand presence
- Experience in defining the Employee Engagement Program from Hire to Exit.
- Experience in defining the Engagement plan for the potential hires
- Marketing mindset to engage potential hires and forging strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders
- High on energy to drive and engage Campus Programs
- Responsible for setting up Channels for Internal Communications

Engagement:

- Nurture a positive environment to create a Happy Workplace
- Promote culture of trust, value, and ethics in the organization
- Creative thinking to plan events on various occasions
- Conduct and facilitate employee satisfaction surveys to derive satisfaction scores which provide insights on culture, values and organization health
- Coordination & facilitating 1-o-1’s, skip level meetings, focus group discussions, newsletters, HR page on website so forth
- Manage and enhance the Reward and Recognition strategy
- Act as a SPOC for employee concerns and queries
- Ability to sense potential exits and plan for retention
- High execution speed

Onboarding & Induction:

- Manage the smooth onboarding & induction process

Data Management:

- Management of all HR reports and insightful representation of the data
- Inclination to digitize different processes
- Manage Vendor Payments and database
