What Youll Own & Drive:
- Amber Platform Management: Lead end-to-end design and updates of Amber by InFeedo journeys across onboarding, engagement, and exit stages, ensuring timely insights and actions
- Rewards & Recognition: Manage nomination-to-announcement cycles for R&R programs and long service awards to celebrate contributions meaningfully
- Engagement Events & Culture Building: Plan and execute cultural initiatives, contests, and flagship events (e.g., Foundation Day, Cricket Tournaments) across locations to build connection and participation
- Branch Visits & Leadership Connects: Plan and execute branch visits with Zonal HR to assess workplace experience and strengthen HR-business connect; consolidate insights and share actionable reports
- Internal Communication: To build and deliver new ways of internal communications to effectively disseminate information on ground. Manage internal communication platform to drive internal communication, post HR updates, encourage employee interaction, and support a connected workplace culture. Create engaging campaigns, newsletters, digital mailers, posters, video snippets, and themed campaigns
- Wellness & DEI Programs: Execute wellness campaigns (mental, physical, financial) and drive DEI-led initiatives to build a healthy and inclusive culture
- Engagement Surveys: Conduct & execute regular annual surveys like GPTW, analyse results, draft the Culture Audit document, and ensure insights feed into continuous engagement planning
- Monitoring and Reporting : Track engagement metrics and report on progress to management and develop on plans based on data and feedback received
Job Requirements:
- Preferable MBA/PGDM with 5–8 years of experience in employee engagement or experience roles
- Strong project management experience and ability to anchor ongoing projects with regular check ins and strong follow ups
- Event management expertise, preferably within BFSI or large-scale organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing vendors, budgets, and agency partnerships
- A self-driven approach with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of digital trends/tools in HR and how to leverage the same for increased engagement & communication
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
