**Job Description-**

**We are looking for a Business Development Executive with extensive knowledge of Bid management process and submit high-quality proposals**.

**Responsiblities-**
- Experience generating and converting leads through #upwork and similar portals.
- Write new business proposals/estimation sheets.
- Must have experience of Bidding on Digital Marketing Projects
- Building out and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and potential new business.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
- Develop and manage efficient networks for Business Development.
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.

**Skills**:

- Upwork Portal/Online Bidding, Writing Cover Letters/Proposal Writing, International Clients, Business Development Executive.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Preferred

**Remuneration-** 15000-35000

**Job Type-** Full Time/ On-Site

**Job Location**:

- Panchkula

**Schedule-** Rotational Shift

**Experience-** 2-4 Years

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
