**YOUR ROLE**:
**Conduct comprehensive voice and accent training sessions for agents involved in outbound calling.**

**Work on voice clarity, articulation, and pronunciation adjustments.**

**Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training and incorporate them into training programs.**

**Monitor and assess agents’ performance on calls, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights for improvement.**

**Design and implement evaluation processes to track progress and measure the effectiveness of training programs**

**Collaborate with the operations and quality teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training plans.**

**Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill retention.**

**Understand and address cultural differences to tailor training programs effectively.**

**In this role you will play a key role in**:
**Design and deliver personalized coaching sessions**

**Develop training materials and practice exercises.**

**Provide feedback and progress reports to clients.**
