**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Industrial Lubricants
**Experience**: 3-5 Years
**Role Summary**:
Drive B2B sales of industrial lubricants across manufacturing, construction, automotive, and related sectors. Manage key accounts, generate new leads, and deliver technical product solutions to meet client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve sales targets through direct and channel sales.
- Identify and develop new industrial clients.
- Conduct product demos and technical consultations.
- Build strong relationships with maintenance and purchase teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure timely order execution and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate CRM and reporting.
- 3-5 years of lubricant or industrial product sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Willing to travel as per territory requirements.
- Engineering or Science degree preferred.
